We offer individual leases, typically aligned with the academic year (12 months).
Do I need a guarantor?
A guarantor may be required if income qualifications are not met. Alternative options are the guarantor waiver program.
What is the guarantor waiver program for students?
This program allows students to move in and meet qualifications without a guarantor. This happens through a third party program called Leap.
Are apartments furnished?
Yes, apartments at The Hub are fully furnished with essentials like beds, desks, seating, and appliances. TVs are provided only in the two bedrooms and three bedrooms.
